Steve Bain, founding partner of Bain & Barkley, has spent the greater part of his sixteen year career working with insurance companies and major corporations. In addition to his extensive civil litigation background Steve also specializes in the investigation and prosecution of both internal and external fraud. He has developed proven methods for questioning witnesses and claimants and managing the investigative process. Steve has taken countless examinations under oath and witness statements and provided expert counsel to claims managers and corporate representatives as to the prosecution of these matters.

Under Steve’s leadership, Bain & Barkley manages investigative dockets for insurance companies, provides consultation to corporations in assessing potential fraud and offers clients assistance with litigation based on fraudulent facts.
